This position requires an active state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Applicants without a current OTA license will not be considered. Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - Full Time or Part Time HTS is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Located within the tri-campuses of Holy Cross College, St Mary's College and the University of Notre Dame, this facility is a Life Plan Community (CCRC) with a reputation for excellence. There are two well-equipped therapy gyms and a large wellness fitness room; also featured are full-sized kitchen and bathroom for ADLs.

FULL-TIME
is 30 - 40 hours per week, worked five days per week. A Full-Time position also includes generous PTO with a cash-out option, along with comprehensive health coverage that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits.
PART-TIME
is less than 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to work 3 - 5 days per week. Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis, at all of our therapy sites in St. Joseph County.

Requirements:
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
