What You'll Do Support patient care through evidence-based interventions under supervision Administer treatments like ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Occupational Therapist Provide consults to patients, families, caregivers, and team members Document treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic health records Participate in care conferences, meetings, trainings, and in-services Support and supervise students as needed, following practice acts and ethical standards What You Need Active State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Knowledge of clinical interventions and documentation standards About the Assignment Join a dedicated team providing rehabilitative and skilled treatment to patients with cognitive and physical function disorders.
