Job Description

Experience the rewarding impact of supporting childrens growth as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing services in a school-based environment. In this part-time, contract role, you'll work with a small group of 6-8 students, making a meaningful difference every day while maintaining a manageable caseload. Qualifications & Experience:
Valid COTA license in Massachusetts Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs Experience collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students as directed by an OT Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills Document progress and adapt interventions as needed Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents Contribute to IEP meetings and implement individualized strategies Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment Benefits for
