Ridgeway Rehab Center We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Ridgeway Rehab Center! As a proud member of our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and patients.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Occupational Therapist in designing and delivering customized therapy programs to help individuals regain their independence and confidence. Track progress, report findings, and adjust plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. Educate residents and make therapy engaging and enjoyable. Maintain high standards of safety and infection control to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment. Spread positivity and kindness while making a lasting impact on our residents' lives.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. A heart full of compassion, a brain full of knowledge, and hands ready to help. Bonus points if you have a year of experience as a COTA!

$40
