This is a consistent, stable role within a strong skilled nursing therapy program where collaboration and ethical care come first. Reliable hours. Supportive leadership. Realistic expectations. The Role Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing setting Develop functional, goal-driven care plans that support independence in daily living Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams Contribute to a therapy culture built on accountability and autonomy SNF experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome.
