Job Description

Location:
Care Resources PACE - Lowell, MI site
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (no weekends!)

Part-Time (20 hours per week) About Us Care Resources is a community-based program for people 55 or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement. Plus, enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend commitment for a great work-life balance! What You'll Do, includes but is not limited to: Provide occupational therapy treatment and reassessments with assigned participants in accordance with the care plan Prepare clinical documentation, progress notes, and other required documentation per policy Perform occupational therapy screenings to determine need for treatment and to assess participant progress Instruct families and staff on various restorative and therapy procedures What We're Looking For Requires certification as a COTA in the state of Michigan Prefer at least 1 year of relevant experience in a rehab setting Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population Ability to manage multiple tasks comfortably while staying organized and professional Work well autonomously as well as within a team setting Ready to Apply?
