Facilitate treatment sessions focused on improving motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive functions. Help with patient transport within healthcare facilities or home health settings to ensure safe and efficient movement. Maintain accurate care documentation, progress notes, and treatment records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals such as physicians, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and caregivers to optimize patient outcomes. Header Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy practices. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or in geriatrics and pediatrics. Proficiency in developing and executing care plans for clients with autism or childhood developmental delays. Skilled in assisting with ADLs and implementing treatment plans designed by licensed therapists.
