What You'll Do Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Help patients improve independence with dressing, bathing, meal preparation, mobility, and other activities of daily living. Reinforce therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety strategies. Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and techniques that support long-term independence. Communicate patient progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Home health experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. About Home Health Care, Inc.
