Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young adults. The qualified candidate will join an exceptional team that partners closely with families to ensure every client reaches their full potential. Full Potential Therapy, LLC is a pediatric occupational and speech therapy clinic dedicated to helping every child thrive. Our newly renovated, one‑of‑a‑kind facility is designed entirely around kids—an environment where play is encouraged, celebrated, and woven into everything we do. Position Description Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants at Full Potential Therapy are responsible for planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans while maintaining the clinic's core values—and having fun along the way. Our therapists create engaging, play‑based sessions that promote meaningful progress and positive experiences for every child. Key Responsibilities Implement therapeutic interventions in a play‑centered environment Collaborate with service providers, caregivers, and clinic staff Collaborate with supervisory Occupational Therapist to manage your caseload Educate and support caregivers to promote carryover at home Full Potential Therapy, LLC has a waiting list of clients that need your help! Experienced and new grads welcome and encouraged to apply! Qualifications Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license Understanding of sensory processing and the impact on activities of daily living (ADLs) Interest in working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism and other disabilities

$53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
