Flexible, PRN schedule One-on-one patient care focus (group/concurrent < 1%) Supportive, therapist- and veteran-owned company culture Opportunities for professional development and career growth About Us 25+ years as a leading skilled health care provider Therapist- and veteran-owned Focus on industry-leading, patient-centered care Supportive, collaborative team culture Why Join Us One-on-one therapy focus Group/concurrent treatments under 1% Realistic scheduling to support work-life balance Strong emphasis on clinical outcomes and job satisfaction Position Summary As a COTA, you will: Support delivery of high-quality OT services Help residents regain independence and improve quality of life Provide therapeutic interventions under OT supervision Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist Provide direct patient care per state and facility guidelines Monitor and document resident progress; report changes to the OT Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and other healthcare staff Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Participate in care planning and discharge planning Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and all regulations Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program Current NBCOT certification Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant SNF or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Committed to patient-centered care and rehab excellence Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
