Full Job Description Occupational Therapy Assistant Mountainside Nursing Home - Mountainside, New Jersey Join our dedicated team at Mountainside Nursing Home, a premier healthcare provider that values the well-being of our patients and staff! We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Rehabilitation Department. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by providing individualized therapies that focus on daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive development.Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients Conduct occupational therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote patient progress Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the occupational therapist Participate in interprofessional team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment sessions and progress About theRole:
