Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs Conduct occupational therapy treatments, such as exercises, activities, and training programs, to help residents regain independence and skills Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory guidelines and departmental standards Participate in on-call rotation to provide coverage for residents' needs outside of regular business hours Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding customer service expectations Requirements Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies Current OTA certification or eligibility for certification in the state of Nevada 1+ years of experience working as an OTA in a skilled nursing rehabilitation setting, preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Why Join Our Team?
