We are seeking an enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in Amityville!

Responsibilities:

Provide rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of your patients Accurately completes and documents all treatment procedures and functional mobility tasks in a timely manner. Provides education on selected treatment procedures and functional activities to patients, their families, and other healthcare providers. Qualified applicants must : Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program Hold licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of New York We believe that our employees are the foundation to providing optimal patient care, we equip them with the support and tools to excel.
