Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Eastern Star Home and Campus | Oriskany, NY $27-$32/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Eastern Star Home and Campus. This full-time opportunity allows you to work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents strengthen everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and achieve greater independence. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Monitor resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $27-$32/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New York COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking to grow your clinical experience while helping residents achieve greater independence, we'd love to hear from you.
