About the Role As a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), you will: Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients' ability to perform daily tasks. Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments. Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
