PRISMGLOBAL360
is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide quality rehabilitation services and support patients in improving their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities. Help patients improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills. Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising therapist. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Follow all safety, infection-control, and facility policies. Requirements Current COTA certification . Active Ohio COTA license or eligibility to obtain one. Ability to work scheduled day shifts . Strong communication and patient-care skills.
