Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibility for the efficient and profitable management of rehabilitation services in assigned account(s). Maintains a work environment that fosters quality care delivery, accountability, and employee satisfaction. Manages development and implementation of appropriate standards of care across assigned therapy locations. Ensures delivery of rehabilitation services emulates "best practices" and is in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Supports the delivery of the highest level of clinical care within assigned account(s) through appropriate utilization of resources, the promotion of clinical programs and staff development. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and practices within assigned account areas and reports variances. Collaborates to deliver clinical services that result in positive clinical outcomes with high levels of customer service. Provides direct patient care in specialty area. Requirements:

Implement treatment plans designed by the OT to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and household tasks. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the OT. Document treatments and patient responses in accordance with home health regulations.

Required Experience:

Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, basic math skills. Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Valid Driver's License with vehicle and car insurance Must be able to pass a background check Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes About us:
