As a Draftsman / Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting projects from initial site analysis through to construction. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Project Directors and construction professionals, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute to meaningful projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Prepare and present plans at city meetings for board review and variance requests Gather field measurements and collect grade and elevation points to develop accurate residential site base maps Produce detailed drawings and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite Collaborate with Project Directors throughout the design process and coordinate with the construction team during project installation phases Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion 3D rendering software Knowledge or basic understanding of field measurement techniques, including shooting grade and elevation points Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects at once Strong organizational and communication skills Degree in
