Medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure/reimbursement options, referral bonus program, and more What You'll Do Assist in inpatient rehab or acute care units, supporting patient recovery plans Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals Help evaluate patient needs and promote therapy goals Document patient progress consistently and accurately Support co-treatments with physical or occupational therapy teams when applicable Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions What You Need Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or related certification 1+ years of experience in inpatient rehab or acute care (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments About the Assignment Work in a well-regarded inpatient setting dedicated to patient rehabilitation and recovery.
