is seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We're looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience supporting occupational therapy services in a clinical or rehabilitation setting. If you're ready to help patients improve functional independence while traveling the country, this is your opportunity!Minimum Qualifications:
Current, valid, and active license or certification to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a COTA in a hospital, rehab, skilled nursing, or outpatient setting required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program required Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required Current, valid, and active driver's license required Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportationCertificates, Licensures, Registrations:
Current, valid, and active state license or registration as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required Current NBCOT certification required Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clientsAdditional Qualifications/Skills:
Experience implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Ability to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), therapeutic exercises, and adaptive techniques Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic medical record systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace Unlike working for agency after agency, with our travel program, you get to work for a company: Work with 1 recruiter from start to finish and assignment to assignment Local and Non-local positions available Competitive hourly rate in addition to tax-free stipend (if applicable) No pay cuts mid-contract Referral bonus (up to $1000 per referral!)
