Implement clinical interventions such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use. Assess patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately. Communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare team members regarding patient progress and barriers. Support patients and educate families/caregivers regarding treatment plans. Maintain compliance by documenting all required clinical and regulatory information. Support the supervision and mentoring of students under clinical guidance. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education. What You Need Active Oklahoma State Licensure NBCOT or equivalent certification At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience Strong documentation skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a respected long-term care facility in Moore, OK, dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
