This contract opportunity begins August 18, 2026, and continues through July 30, 2027, offering a consistent weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. The workday runs from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, perfectly structured for professionals seeking steady weekday hours. Put your Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant expertise to work as you support a growing student caseload, starting with approximately 30 students and increasing to 50 by the academic year's end. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact as you help young learners achieve developmental milestones in both group and individual settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Experience providing occupational therapy in a school or pediatric environment Ability to collaborate closely with OTs, educators, and family members Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Adaptability to travel between preschool and childcare sites as neededKey Responsibilities:
Deliver direct OT interventions under the supervision of an OT Assist with individualized education plan (IEP) implementation and data tracking Provide consultation and strategies for staff and caregivers Facilitate goal-oriented activities that support fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies This position places you at the core of student development in supportive educational communities.
