In this onsite position, you'll play a key role in delivering occupational therapy support designed to help students thrive. The contract offers consistent daytime hours, allowing for both professional fulfillment and work-life balance.

Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania COTA license required Relevant certification for school-based practice (if applicable per district/state) Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to maintaining compliance with individualized education plans (IEPs) and state/district-specific guidelines

Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as prescribed by supervising Occupational Therapists Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to ensure student needs are met Document student progress and communicate with team members regarding updates and modifications Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student IEPs Maintain accurate records in accordance with school district and state requirements Adapt interventions based on individual student goals, strengths, and challenges This assignment is full-time at 35 hours per week with a caseload to be determined, all conducted onsite within an engaging educational community.
