Key Qualifications:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active certification/licensure in Pennsylvania Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged students Ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively with lead OT, educators, and families Organized, dependable, and adaptable to changing student needs in a school setting Strong documentation and case management skills
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to carry out individualized interventions and IEP goals for elementary students Provide direct therapy services in accordance with student plans and school guidelines Collect and record data on student progress, maintaining accurate and timely reports Assist with therapy scheduling, adaptation of learning materials, and consultation to teachers and staff as needed Participate in team meetings, reviews, and ongoing professional development
