Neurodiversity-affirming Family-centered Clinician-supported (not productivity-obsessed) Position Overview We are seeking a Part TimeCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our growing pediatric caseload. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and a supportive team environment. You'll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, individualized care to children with a wide range of developmental needs. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services as outlined in treatment plans Support children with sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and daily living skills Collaborate with supervising OT, speech therapists, and families Document sessions clearly and efficiently Participate in meetings or team collaboration as needed Maintain a warm, strengths-based approach to therapy Qualifications Active Arkansas COTA license Experience in pediatrics (clinic or school-based) Comfortable working with neurodivergent children Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable, organized, and self-directed Why Work With Us Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay Low-pressure, supportive work culture Clinician-led practice that values quality over volume Opportunity for increased hours as the practice grows
