Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Strong Step Forward is seeking compassionate, dependable home health clinicians to join our growing team serving Southwest Florida, including Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties. We are currently hiring Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants on a 1099 independent contractor basis, paid per visit. Responsibilities Provide skilled home health therapy services within your scope of practice. Perform evaluations (PT/OT) and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and progress evidence-based treatment interventions. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the agency EMR. Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate patients and caregivers to maximize independence and safety. Maintain all state licensure and professional standards. Qualifications Current Florida license as a PT, OT, PTA, or COTA. Current CPR certification. Professional Liability Insurance Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Strong communication and time-management skills.
