With a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students, youll positively impact childrens educational journeys and help them develop essential life skills. Work closely with experienced professionals, leveraging your expertise to ensure every students success from August 4th through May 22nd. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, providing consistency and steady engagement with your caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Ability to effectively manage a caseload of K-12 students Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs Commitment to maintaining documentation, progress notes, and timely reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Assist students in achieving functional goals to enhance participation in academic and daily routines Carry out individualized plans and interventions tailored to each students needs Monitor and document student progress, making recommendations for adjustments as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student growth Support students in both individual and group settings within the school context This unique school-based contract assignment offers an engaging, supportive community, giving you the chance to make a tangible difference in students' lives throughout the school year.
