Key Qualifications:

Active COTA licensure in South Carolina Previous experience working in school settings is preferred Proficient in delivering therapy to K-12 students with a variety of needs Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families Ability to adapt treatment strategies to individual student goals and school environments

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy interventions according to students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Work closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist and educational team to develop and implement creative treatment plans Document progress, maintain records, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner Participate in meetings, reporting on student progress and offering professional recommendations Assist in building skills that support students independence and academic success
