Job Description
JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - COTA to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Henderson, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care, with experience treating geriatric and medically complex populations. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited COTA program and hold an active Tennessee license (or be eligible for licensure). This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive healthcare environment while helping residents regain mobility, strength, balance, and confidence in their daily activities within a welcoming Tennessee community.
