Key Qualifications:
Active and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist in acute care, hospital, or clinical settings Familiarity with ventilator management, respiratory assessments, and airway management techniques Thorough understanding of pulmonary equipment, procedures, and safety protocols Strong documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking abilitiesResponsibilities:
Deliver personalized care for patients requiring respiratory therapy interventions Administer, monitor, and adjust mechanical ventilators and other life support equipment Perform diagnostic procedures, such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on respiratory therapy plans, equipment usage, and home care when applicable Document patient progress and therapy response accurately and timely in the medical record Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with facility and regulatory standards If you hold RRT certification, excel in clinical respiratory care, and are ready for a focused contract assignment, apply today to be considered for this valuable role.
