Job SummaryPRN Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) One Love Therapy LLC - Middle Tennessee Independent Contractor (1099) | Flexible Schedule | Pay Per Visit One Love Therapy LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing mobile pediatric therapy practice. We provide individualized occupational therapy services in children's natural environments, including homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Service areas may include:
Wilson County, Lebanon, Mount Juliet, Williams County, Murfreesboro, Nashville, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. Compensation Pay-per-visit, 1099 independent contractor position Position responsibilities: Provide skilled pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Implement established plans of care and age-appropriate therapeutic activities Address fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, coordination, feeding, and self-care skills Complete accurate and timely daily documentation Communicate professionally with supervising OTR, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the child's care team Travel to homes, schools, daycares, or other community-based treatment locations Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
Qualifications:
Current Tennessee COTA license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current CPR certification Professional liability insurance Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently in community-based settings Pediatric experience preferred Experience with sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delays, autism, handwriting, feeding, or primitive reflex integration is a plus Why join One Love Therapy?
