Key Qualifications:

Active state licensure as a COTA required Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within schools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams Dedication to supporting childrens academic, social, and personal growth

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Support students development in fine motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive functioning Assist in evaluating students and developing individualized treatment plans Document sessions and progress in accordance with school and state guidelines Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers to optimize student success
