Required Skills and Experience:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) qualification, with appropriate state licensure Previous experience working in a school environment is a strong plus Knowledge of therapeutic techniques relevant to pediatric populations Effective communication abilities for collaborating with educators, parents, and other support staff Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases, documentation, and scheduling Commitment to fostering student independence and functional participation within the educational settingKey Responsibilities:
