Position Responsibilities:

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT Provide skilled interventions to improve residents' independence and quality of life Accurately document treatments and progress notes Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Vermont Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, team-oriented mindset We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
