Your responsibilities will include:

Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established care plans. Assist residents in improving strength, mobility, coordination, and independence with daily activities. Implement individualized treatment programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. Monitor residents' progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team. Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely. Educate and encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process. Collaborate with nursing and other interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals. Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents. What We're Looking For Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential. Appropriate state licensure or eligibility to practice in West Virginia. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented. Passion for helping residents achieve greater independence. Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
