Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and well-being Implement treatment plans designed by licensed occupational therapists Document care activities accurately and maintain detailed care documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, nurses, caregivers, and family members to optimize patient outcomes Contribute to care plans by providing feedback on patient progress and adjusting interventions as directed by supervising therapists Experience New grads welcome Prior experience working with the geriatric population is desirable but not totally necessary.
