The ideal candidate enjoys working one-on-one with patients, has an eye for style, and takes pride in providing a high level of service from frame selection to final eyewear delivery. The practice is open Monday - Friday, NO weekends. What You'll Do Guide patients through frame and lens selection Take accurate measurements and ensure proper eyewear fitting Adjust and repair glasses as needed Recommend lens options based on each patient's needs and lifestyle Verify prescriptions, place lab orders, and inspect completed eyewear Dispense eyewear and ensure patient satisfaction Assist with insurance benefits and explain out-of-pocket costs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical area Assist with inventory and daily optical operations What We're Looking For 1+ year of Optician or optical experience preferred Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Strong communication and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and multitasking Computer and practice management software experience Insurance, EHR, and optical/luxury retail experience is a plus Benefits 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Please send your resume along with a brief note telling us your availability, pay expectations, and why you would be a great fit for our team.
