Support optometrists by performing pre-screening tests and assisting with exams Collect patient medical histories and explain vision benefits clearly and confidently Train patients on contact lens use and care Verify insurance, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing smoothly Help coordinate patient flow and contribute to a seamless, high-quality experience Collaborate with your team to meet goals and deliver exceptional careWhat We're Looking For:
1+ year of customer service experience (optometric or medical experience is a plus!) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting A team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient information Flexibility and a proactive attitude toward supporting team successWhy You'll Love Working Here:
