Central Florida Eye Specialists is affiliated with EyeSouth Partners' premier network of Ophthalmic Medical Services. Responsibilities Clinical Operations & Team Support Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the physician's schedule. Anticipate physician and patient needs to help keep the clinic running on time. Accurately document information in the electronic medical record. Ensure examination, treatment, and procedure rooms are appropriately stocked and prepared throughout the day. Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice policies and procedures. Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, physicians, coworkers, and other departments. Work collaboratively with the Oculoplastics team and provide additional clinical support when needed. Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the physician, department, and practice. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant certification preferred. Previous Medical Assistant or ophthalmology experience preferred. Experience assisting with Botox, dermal fillers, IPL, or other cosmetic procedures is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment. Comfortable assisting with both cosmetic procedures and postoperative/surgical patient care.
