Responsibilities Accurately document patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans during ophthalmology visits. Assist with patient intake procedures, including taking vital signs, IOP, refractions, dilations and diagnostic testing such as VF, OCT, etc Utilize EMR systems such as Nextech to document patient information Scribe or be willing to learn how to scribe for Doctors in practice Requirements Six months to one year experience preferred. However extensive training will be provide for the right candidate that fits the values and operation of our practice. Ophthalmic and/or optometric full patient work up AND Scribe skills in an eye care clinic Customer service skills Experience working with patients Experience in all aspects of ophthalmology, COT or COA preferred.
