About Us The Eye Pros is a locally owned optometry practice in Coeur d'Alene, ID. We focus on providing high-quality, personalized eye care in a professional, modern, and friendly environment. Opportunities for growth Flexible hours Safe and supportive work environment What You'll Do Perform preliminary vision tests (visual acuity, visual field, autorefraction) Take patient medical histories and and update electronic health records Assist with contact lens fittings and teach proper insertion/ removal techniques Conduct diagnostic tests (e.g., tonometry, retinal imaging) Help with scheduling, answering phones, checking patients in/ out, and collecting insurance information Maintain accurate records and assist with simple billing tasks Provide excellent customer service and support patients with questions Assist with contact lens retail sales What We're Looking For Previous experience as an optometric technician or in a similar healthcare role preferred (but not Knowledge of insurance billing and medical coding is a plus Must be passionate about providing exceptional patient-care Experience with pediatric patients is a bonus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, flexible, and a team player Must be available to work Saturdays Benefits Flexible scheduling On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Supportive and positive work culture Major holidays off If you're looking to join a dedicated team in a modern eye care setting and grow your skills in both clinical and front-office roles, we'd love to meet you!
