F/T Ophthalmic Technician:

Busy Ophthalmic practice seeking full-time Medical/Ophthalmic Technician position.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Is a highly motivated self-starter Flexibility Ability to work in a fast paced/team-oriented environment A friendly and positive attitude The ability to maintain confidentiality Possess adequate transportation and travel between offices as required. Travel reimbursement between offices, provided.

Responsibilities including:

Refraction Pressure checks Applying drops Scribing Utilization of various equipment such as phoropter, visual field, IOL, OCT, auto-refractor and Electronic Medical Record system.
