Ophthalmic Technician-Full Time We are seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Ophthalmologist in providing high-quality eye care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ophthalmic procedures and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:
Assist the Ophthalmologist in performing eye exams and diagnostic tests Prepare patients for procedures and surgeries Administer eye drops and medications as directed by the Ophthalmologist Perform basic eye tests such as visual acuity, color vision, and depth perception Record patient medical history and maintain accurate patient records Clean and maintain ophthalmic equipment and instruments Provide patient education on eye care and treatment optionsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience as an Ophthalmology Technician preferred but not required Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures and equipment preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracyBenefits
