What We're Looking For:
Experience in optometry or ophthalmology is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a great attitude and eagerness to learn. A hardworking, dependable, and punctual individual who thrives in a fast-paced medical setting. A patient-focused team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR) for proper documentation and billing. Previous experience in a medical or eye care practice is a plus but not required.What We Offer:

Primary Responsibilities:
Patient History & Assessment- Accurately obtain and document patient history, including chief complaints, medical history, and any relevant ocular history. Diagnostic Testing
- Perform and assist with various diagnostic tests, including: Retinal imaging (retinal camera, OCT) Auto refraction Lensometry Corneal topography Visual field testing EHR & Documentation
- Proficiently manage electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation, billing, and compliance. Clinical Assistance & Workflow Support
- Assist eye care providers in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care by ensuring smooth clinic flow. Physician Support
- Professionally support physicians with real-time electronic chart documentation, patient care coordination, and patient education. Adaptability & Performance
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. EHR Scribing & Training
- Train to transcribe and document clinical visits in real time under physician supervision, ensuring precise and up-to-date patient records.
