We are looking for a team player that would like the opportunity to build and grow with our practices. The ideal candidate will be able to work in conjunction with the Optometrist and help manage the patient flow from day to day. Duties would include, but are not limited to: Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answering phone calls, texts, email, and mail Checking in/out patients Verifying insurance Assist patients with pre-testing and additional diagnostic testing Entering patient data into medical record Assist patients with contact lens training and education Help patients choose the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needs, face fit, and personal style Collect patient payments Keep a clean working environment and assure all office areas are clean, neat, and organized Other tasks to help
Doctor/Team Requested Skills:
1 Year Experience in Optometry related office Exemplary Customer Service Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge Multi-tasking and organizational skills Positive attitude with passion to learn Bilingual in Spanish a plus Experience is a plus
