The ideal candidate will assist patients with pre-testing, eyewear selection, and provide excellent customer service to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient work-up, including preliminary testing, medical history, chief complaint, visual acuities, and diagnostic testing Assist patients in selecting frames that complement their appearance, lifestyle, and prescription needs Present and explain lens options and upgrades, including coatings and treatments Take accurate measurements for eyewear fabrication (PD, seg heights, frame adjustments) Perform eyewear adjustments, repairs, and fittings Maintain product knowledge of current frame lines and lens technology Support daily clinic flow and maintain a clean, organized optical area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an optometric or optical setting preferred (will train the right candidate) Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
