We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated optometric technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

Assist with front desk operations, including patient check-in and scheduling. Pre-test patients to prepare them for eye examinations. Verify insurance information and assist with billing procedures. Help patients select glasses and contact lenses, offering guidance and support. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. Support the Front Desk team with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Be dependable and reliable.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
