The ideal candidates will exhibit strong leadership skills, be mature, reliable, responsible, punctual, and above all, professional. Previous optical knowledge and experience with medical insurance verification and billing a plus. Applicant must have excellent customer service and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to perform multiple tasks at once, record information accurately, and work with patients in a professional manner are a must. Individual must be able to maintain composure and politeness at all times while dealing with patients and must also be able to work and interact as part of a team.
