We are a fast-paced optometry office, and we value team members who are willing to help where needed, stay engaged, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients promptly and professionally Perform pre-testing (medical history, diagnostic testing, imaging) Assist the doctor during exams as needed Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify vision and medical insurance and submit claims Order contact lenses and maintain organized work areas Support both front desk and clinical areas as needed Help maintain steady patient flow throughout the day

Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Takes initiative and helps without being asked Team-oriented mindset (no "that's not my job") Professional and attentive when patients are present
Requirements:
Fluent in English 18+ years old Basic computer skills Reliable transportation Customer service experience preferred (1+ years) Must be able to work
