Our optometric practice in New Braunfels is accepting applications for a full time experienced individual with a preferred background as a medical assistant/technician to join our team.

We work Monday through Friday, stay busy pretty much always, and do our best to have fun while we do it. We care about and support one another in our combined mission to deliver the best patient care and do whatever we can to change peoples lives for the better. This is what you will learn :•To take comprehensive medical and ophthalmic history, visual acuity, pupil assessment, confrontation fields, tonometry, working with contact lenses, lensometry, frame styling, frame measurements, insurance billing along with various other office tasks as assigned. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred. This is what we need from you :•be responsible, dependable and a team player. You must consistently provide quality patient care and excellent customer service, have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, physicians, and supervisors. If you are willing to show up every day, and work with us as we change and evolve our practice and team to be truly different and better for our patients, we want you! The starting pay range begins @ $16/hour depending on your experience plus a potential shared team bonus after a 90 day probationary period•
